BOOKING TERMS AND CANCELLATION POLICY OF NEPAL EXPEDITION ‘N’ PACKAGE TOURS

Payment Policy

For booking​ confirmation of tour​ 30-40% advance amount is required and remaining payment will be required​21 days before ​starting of the tour.

Booking amount

30-40% of the total amount.

Cancellation Policy

After booking 15% cancellation charges will be mandatory applicable.
30% cancellation charges, if cancelled 30 days before the tour departure date.
40% cancellation charges, if cancelled 30-15 days before the tour departure date.
85% Cancellation charges, if cancelled 15-10 days before the tour departure date.
10 days & less, prior to arrival or no show - NO REFUND
No refund for after starting or middle of the tour.
Flight Ticket Cancellation as per Airlines rule.

Refund Turn Around Time

7-14 working days

Juridiction

Incase of any conflict or legal issue it will be matters of Delhi jurisdiction.
